Nothing impresses people quite as much as someone who can flip upside down and let their feet float effortlessly above their head.

Aside from the obvious increase in respect and awe you'll receive from your friends, handstands are extremely valuable for improving balance, building strength, creating body awareness, and increasing self-confidence.
